Research your printing techniques from the following perspectives:


A brief history of its development, naming key players or points in history of its development or invention.


A detailed description of the process with reference to copy quality, detail of image produced materials and tools required, potential print run sizes and overall costs.


What this print method would be suitable for.


The advantages and disadvantages of the method – skills and knowledge required, costs, speed, aesthetic considerations, and technical considerations.


You will need to illustrate your presentation with appropriate examples of images, art or products produced using the technique.


You will need to provide evidence of your research for assessment as well as a copy of the final presentation.


If you miss the presentation you will be required to write a report on all of the print techniques listed above.
